RODRIGO TSURUTA
President / CEO / Sales Engineer
I graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and started TMAC in 2012. I managed hundreds of projects in a wide variety of industries that ranged in size from small single day projects to multi-million dollar jobs. My experience encompasses the whole project cycle from design to analysis to drafting and designing, thus allowing me to become a very proficient field engineer and project manager.
KEN CALDWELL, PE
VP of Business Development
I graduated from the University of Memphis with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and obtained from Mississippi State University a Master's Degree in Structural Engineering. I have over 30 years of project experience in a wide variety of industries working on projects ranging from $5,000 to over $500 Million. I joined TMAC in 2018 as the VP of Business Development and Senior Structural Engineer for the Company.
GARY MCGREGOR
VP of Technology
I graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and currently working on the completion of a PhD in Engineering from the University of Texas. Since then, I have amassed over twenty years of in construction, engineering, and project management experience in the heavy industry sector. Today, my experience and education has molded me into an expert in thermal fluid systems and heat transfer. I am proud of the work performed here at TMAC Technologies and the continued investment in technology such as 3D printing and scanning.
JEREMY CHAN
Project Manager
Project and Engineering Manager with a proven 20-plus years of experience working with teams of different sizes to execute projects with varying degrees of technical and operational complexities. Steeped in chemical industry best-practices and experienced in projects related to capital expenditure, maintenance and shut-downs/turnarounds. Chemical industries include food ingredients, specialty chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, and paints/coatings.
JOHN FARROW
Project Manager
I began working with TMAC in 2018 and am one of the lead Project Managers. My focus is on the industrial gas and field technical services side of the company. I have over 20 years of experience working in heavy industry from natural gas, oxygen, nitrogen facilities to nitrogen, hydrogen, and helium process plants. Like most PM's, my project size range from small single day projects to multi-million dollar jobs. It is TMAC and my standard to exceed our customer's expectations.
RICARDO SANTIBANEZ
Senior Designer
I have ten years of combined experience in general construction and as a multi discipline designer specifically in the heavy industry sector. I joined TMAC at the beginning of my design career in 2013. My duties and responsibilities include performing job walks and site surveying, 3D scanning, and both 2D & 3D design in all disciplines.
CODY NOAH
Project Engineer
I joined TMAC in 2013 as a mechanical designer specifically in the heavy industry sector. In that time, I have been involved in projects from small single day projects to multi-million dollar jobs. My experience with TMAC has allowed me to become a proficient designer, an excellent team lead and now an excellent project engineer.
ANTHONY PALACIOS
Project Engineer
I graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and joined TMAC in 2018. In that time, my duties and responsibilities include performing site surveying, 3D scanning, and both 2D & 3D design in all disciplines. TMAC has allowed my accelerated growth as an engineer and now as a Project Engineer for the company.
